1st Grade

Mrs. Elizabeth Bevins

I am excited to be teaching 1st Grade ELA and Global Studies at the Washington Village Campus in the Echo Valley School District! I obtained my dual Bachelor Degrees in Psychology and Elementary Education from Johnson State College in 2001. I live in Plainfield with my husband, three children and yellow lab puppy. My children are very active in sports and extra-curricular activities and we spend many days at a field or a rink. I am a voracious reader and can often be found in my spare time sneaking away to my reading nook (or beach) with a new bestseller book! My love of reading is evident in our classroom, as it spills over and is weaved into all of our lessons and the building of our classroom community! I am excited to be a part of the Echo Valley Community and look forward to a year full of learning with all of you!
